We will be releasing 2 styles of canned beer on Wednesday, August 17th at 4pm.
Consumer Friendly Keg Mover - Hoppy Lager. The first time this beer is going into cans. This is a big, super-juicy IPA that happens to be a lager. Using the lager yeast lends to the beers drinkability and crispness. The hops used are Simcoe, Cenntenial, and Chinook. Brewery-only release. It comes in at 5.9%. $13/4pk.
Zingerbier - Berliner Weisse with Ginger. We will also be canning a big batch of Zingerbier, just in time to replenish our stock. Look for this one in the brewery and in your local Hudson Valley Bottle Shop! $10/4pk.

Tasting Room will be open Thursday 7/3 4-7pm; Friday 7/4 12-3pm; and Saturday 7/5 12-3. Come get your growlers filled and grab some Beanhead BBQ Sauce made by Chumley's BBQ in Florida, NY.
Bauli Saison Is Back This Weekend!
Bauli Saison is our 6% Spring beer that is perfect for warmer weather.
Saison’s originated in the South of Belgium and are famous for the distinctive fruity, spicy notes given off from the yeast. They also tend to be lighter, effervescent, and quenching. Bauli Saison is all of that, but adds a unique twist. We’ve added White Peppercorns, Coriander, and Kaffir Lime Leaves to the beer to enhance the spice flavors naturally produced by the yeast as well as adding a distinct citrus flavor to make it a lighter beer on the palate but still providing tons of flavor.

Barreling Nimptopsical English Strong Ale!
Here we go again! Filling up some rum barrels with an imperial version of our Nimptopsical English Strong Ale coming in at 11.3%. We're going to let it age in the barrels so it acquires all that dark rum flavor. It will be out in a few months.
